Al-Jassim said that HungerStation benefited from the observations and inquiries received from its clients in order to develop its work and the level of service it provides them.

He pointed out the need to listen to all the observations and all around you so that you can continue the same level and also can constantly update the services you provide.

Al-Jassim said that the company faced a number of challenges at the beginning of its business and was able to overcome them after the scrutiny that led to the provision of what the customer does not expect and this is the secret of excellence in the company.

He pointed out that the company has been and continues to invest in marketing for its services in order to promote what it offers and to be present to the expected customers as well as helping to improve the delivery of restaurant orders in the Middle East.

Al-Jassim pointed out that the website of HungerStation attracts on a daily basis many customers, investors and owners of major restaurants, and is required in the market for ordering food through the Internet within the Kingdom.

It depends on a number of reasons, including the tendency of Saudi youth to buy food from a series of international brands, as many prefer to request the delivery of food to where they are instead of eating it out, and the social lifestyle of the Kingdom, which focuses on meeting and gathering friends and family in majlis and diwaniya.

HungerStation is an electronic platform that allows its customers to order meals and foods from anywhere in the Kingdom, and deliver them directly to them.
